James E. Willits 71, of Lock Haven Pa passed away on November 1st ,2026 at the Williamsport Hospital.

James was born in Williamsport, Pa to the late William Willits Jr. and Martha Gerald on May, 19,1955. He worked as a maintenance man at Save a Lot for four years.

He is survived by his brother Loyd Willits, his sister Lois Bilby, his sons Eric Willits, James Willits, stepson John Demetro, a stepdaughter Jessica Oaks, and  longtime girlfriend Debra Wheeler. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, Jordan Willits, Blake Willits, Myla Willits, Dustin Willits, Nathan Oaks, Camron Oaks, Caden Demetro, Mason Demetro, Ethan Moore and Wyatt Moore.

He was preceded in death by his brothers Danny, Richard, Glenn, and sister Emily.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, mountain rides, and playing with his grandkids.

Services will be announced at a later date, and any donation can be made to the Gedon Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven, PA  17745 to help with final expenses.
