Shirley A. (Aderhold) Sechrist, 88, of Williamsport, passed away at Edenbrook South in Loyalsock Twp. on February 2, 2026.

Shirley was born in Williamsport on February 11, 1937, a daughter of the late Truman and Florence (Harman) Aderhold.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting and a good game of cards, especially pinochle.

Surviving are two grandchildren; Robert and Julie Hanner and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, her husband; Kenneth L. Sechrist and her daughter, Jill Hanner. Shirley was the last of her generation and was also predeceased by her eleven siblings; Pauline West, Phyllis Brown, Joyce Weitzel, Cora Belle Sicardi, Mary Jane Huckestein, Ruth JoAnne Aderhold, Gladys Livermore, Jarvis Aderhold, Wayne Aderhold, William Aderhold and Thomas Aderhold.

At Shirley’s request there will be no services.
