Robert “Bobby” L. Woodruff, 60 of Loyalsock passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at WeCare at Loyalsock.

Bobby was born on September 15, 1964 and was the son of Thomas and Shirley Boyer Woodruff.

He was a graduate of Hope Enterprise and had worked for Hope Enterprise Workshop. Bobby participated in the Special Olympics and earned many medals. He was a member of the Hope bowling league. He enjoyed playing cards and listening to music by Barry Manilow and collected his music. He was a member of the Faxon-Kemar United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his mother Shirley Woodruff; two brothers, Tom (Tami) Woodruff, Jr., Montoursville, Howard (Dawn) Woodruff, Montoursville; two sisters, Carol (David) Yorks, Mill Hall, Susan (Scott) Lorson, Williamsport; two nieces, Hilary (Johnathon) Dellapenta, Denise (Andy) Paulhamus; five nephews, David Woodruff, Taylor (Kaitlan) Woodruff, Conner Woodruff, Myers (Kiersten) Lorson, Rick Lorson; two grandnieces and four grandnephews. He was predeceased by his father Thomas Woodruff, Sr. and nephew Sgt. Hamilton T. Woodruff.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at Kaufman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 2102 Northway Rd. Williamsport with his brother Rev. Dr. Howard Woodruff officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation and viewing will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 9, 6 to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 to 11:00 a.m.

Family will provide flowers and suggest memorial contributions in Bobby’s name be made to WeCare at Loyalsock (activities department), 1445 Sycamore Rd., Montoursville, PA 17754
