Scott A. Schuler, 56

Scott A. Schuler, 56, of Williamsport, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, March 22, 2025.

Scott was born in Williamsport on August 23, 1968 a son of Ronald J. and Alice M. (Snyder) Schuler. He was a graduate of Williamsport High School and attended the former Williamsport Area Community College, now Pennsylvania College of Technology. Scott was currently employed by the Williamsport Municipal Water Authority. From November of 1986 until November of 1989 he served in the U.S. Army.

He enjoyed camping, enjoyed concerts, especially Todd Rundgren concerts. Scott was also an avid Phillies and Lakers fan.

Surviving in addition to his parents of Montoursville is a son, David S. Schuler with whom he lived; brothers, Cletus Schuler (Jackie) of Trout Run, Patrick Schuler (Karen) of Williamsport, Thomas Schuler (April) of Montoursville; nieces, Ashleigh, Maya, Amber and his companion Wendy Gavlock.

In addition to his grandparents, twin infant sisters, Rose Marie and Margaret Ann Schuler preceded him in death.

The family will receive family and friends at Crouse Funeral Home & Cremation Services from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, March 29, 2025, a funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. David W. Bechtel officiating. Burial in Montoursville Cemetery with Military Honors will follow.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions in Scotts name may be made to a charity of your choice.
