JoAnn L. Aloisio, 77

JoAnn L. Aloisio, 77, of Williamsport, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024, at UPMC of Williamsport.

Born on January 19, 1947, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth and Martha (Tyler) Mundrick. JoAnn graduated from Williamsport High School, class of 1964. She retired from the health insurance industry as a secretary in filing claims with Bluecross Blue Shield. JoAnn enjoyed taking road trips to New York City, where she would people watch and catch a game of her favorite baseball team, The New York Yankees. She often participated in book swapping with her friends and found peace in tending to her gardens and feeding the birds. JoAnn’s favorite color was purple and she had a huge heart for cats. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her.

Surviving are her four grandchildren, Tasha, Morica, Lou, and Nick; great-grandchildren, Kailey, Ian, Lucian, Keon, and Zakiyah; brother, David Mundrick; half-brother, Galen “Skip” Davenport; half-sister, Shirley “Sam” Wesley; sister-in-law, Tessa Mundrick, and many nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, JoAnn was also preceded in death by her son, Vincent Aloisio; brother, John Mundrick; sister and brother-in-law, Kay and Dave Alexander, and half-brother, Woody Mundrick;

In keeping with JoAnn’s wishes, there will be no services.

Memorials may be made in JoAnn’s name to the Lycoming County SPCA, 2805 Reach Rd., Williamsport, PA 17701.
