Patricia Kay Michaels, 72, of Williamsport passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.
Born July 2, 1952 in Johnstown, PA she was the daughter of the late Mary E. Randolph.
She retired after 30 plus years as the environmental services director at Manor Care North. Patty was known for her love of cooking and canning, when her kids were younger it was a common occurrence to find the neighbor kids at her house for breakfast. They often voiced how she was like a second mother.
Surviving is her husband of 53 years, Ronald J. Michaels and their three children, Melissa English (Michael), Rochelle Krug (Robert), and Ronald Michaels Jr. She was the adored Me Me to her grandchildren, Kayla Starks, Tonya Maitland (Duncan), Maura English, Bo Lewis and Ashley English; and her great grandchildren, Zyair, Callan, Amiyah, and Azeez. Also surviving is a brother, Tom Randolph (Sherry); a sister-in-law, Barbara Randolph; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a son, Frederick Joseph Michaels and brother, Bob Randolph.
A funeral service to honor Patty’s life will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, October 10 at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond Street, Williamsport. Burial will follow in Stoltz Cemetery, Cogan Station. The family will receive friends from noon until the time of service Thursday at Sanders.
