MaryLou Cooley, 62, of Trout Run, died Friday, March 15, 2024, at her home.

Born October 16, 1961, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of Beverly (Sherman) Schweikle and the late Allen Wayne Schweikle.

MaryLou was an outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed spending time in the creek. She was a very talented artist who also enjoyed crafts, reading, cooking, and spending time with her animals.

Surviving, in addition to her mother of Williamsport, are a brother, Scott Schweikle of Williamsport; a niece, Jody Schefsky of Trout Run; a nephew, Matthew Radspinner of Williamsport; her companion of 25 years, Randy Michael of Trout Run; and her lifelong friend, Marcy Cuzzo.

In addition to her father, MaryLou was preceded in death by a sister, Kathryn Schweikle.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lycoming County SPCA at lycomingspca.org.
