Kenneth A. “Ken” Liddic, 84

Kenneth A. “Ken” Liddic, 84, of Cogan Station, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023 at The Gatehouse.

Born March 13, 1939 in Williamsport, he was the son of the late Edgar and Mabel (Alleman) Liddic.

Ken was a 1957 graduate of Williamsport High School and went on to spend his career working for Sears as a manager. He was a proud United States Army Veteran. He was passionate about woodworking and riding snowmobiles and was a former member of the Hyner Mountain Snowmobile Club. Ken also liked to spend time at the casino with his wife, Jane, creating memories and relishing the thrill of the game.

More than anything, he enjoyed being with family and friends, hosting game nights where they could play cards together. Ken was a laid back, patient and generous man who will be missed by those who knew him.

Ken is survived by two children, Keith Liddic and Sherry Paulhamus both of Williamsport, four grandsons, Logan and Dustan Paulhamus, David Rossman, and Eli Liddic; a sister, Beryl Shuker of Williamsport; a brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Jean Fox of Williamsport; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his loving wife of 50 years Jane L. Liddic who passed away in 2019; a grandson, Devon M. Liddic; and five siblings, Eileen Wascher, Edgar Jr. “Puner”, Leonard, Harry, and Walter “Dick” Liddic.

A funeral service to honor Ken’s life will be held at 11 am, Friday November 17, at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond St. Williamsport. Burial will follow in Montoursville Cemetery with military honors. A viewing will be held from 5 – 7 pm, Thursday, November 16, at Sanders.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ken’s name to the Lycoming County United Way, One West Third St, Ste 208, Williamsport, PA 17701.
