Lois J. Myers, 75, of Williamsport, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at The Gatehouse. She was the wife of the late Elmer E. Myers.

Born on October 29, 1948, in Hughesville, PA, she was a daughter of the late Alvin and Maybelle (Snyder) Bartlow. Lois graduated from Hughesville High School and worked for many years as a machinist, before her retirement from Brodart. She enjoyed relaxing to classic country music while solving puzzles, or tending to her vegetable gardens. Lois loved the Lord and was very active in her church, St. Paul-Calvary United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her son, Merton A. Myers; one step-son, Frank E. Myers; four siblings, William Bartlow, Gloria McCollin, Patty Bartlow, and Beverly McFee; several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.

Along with her parents and husband, Lois was also predeceased by one step-son, Grant J. Myers; two step-daughters, Shirley A. Riggle and Charlotte Jean Smith; three brothers, James Bartlow, Paul Bartlow, Robert Bartlow; a half-brother, Donald Snyder; and one sister, Virginia Sue Flick.

In keeping with Lois’s wishes, funeral services will be private.
