Connie M. Oeler, 80, of Loyalsock Township, died after a brief illness September 16, 2022 at Embassy of Loyalsock.
She was born July 4, 1942 in Williamsport, a daughter of the late Donald and Mary (Kelley) Thompson.
Connie retired after 50 years as a beautician and had previously worked at Divine Providence Hospital. She enjoyed playing golf, working in the yard, playing with her grandkids, and especially loved to work.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jon and a brother, Donald Thompson.
Surviving are three children, Kathleen (James) Meckley, of Montoursville, Deneen (Rick) Vaughn, of Williamsport, and Jeffrey (Julie) Oeler, of Sewickley; four grandchildren, Christopher, Jeremiah (Gabrielle), Abbie (Anthony), and Avery; and four great-grandchildren, T.J., Camden, Theo, and A.J.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21 at Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad St., Montoursville with family friend, Chris Bastress officiating. Burial will be in Twin Hills Memorial Park. A viewing for family and friend will be from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
