2022-2023 School Year Enrollment Period Set for March 28-April 1

The Williamsport Area School District’s kindergarten and new student registration week is scheduled for March 28 through April 1.

Children must be age 5 on or before Sept. 1, 2022, in order to enroll.

All registrations for the 2022-2023 school year will occur from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the District Service Center, 2780 West Fourth St. Registration will be handled alphabetically by last name, according to the following schedule:
– Monday, March 28: A-F
– Tuesday, March 29: G-L
– Wednesday, March 30: M-S
– Thursday, March 31: T-Z
– Friday, April 1: Open A-Z

All students will be assigned to their home area school as long as they are registered by June 10.

Parents also can register online beginning March 1 and set up an appointment to complete the process in as little as 15 minutes on their assigned date by going to https://registration.wasd.org.

Whether registered in advanced or on the scheduled date, all supporting documentation must be brought to ensure registration can be completed. Required documentation is the child’s birth certificate, guardian identification (driver’s license, state ID, etc.), proof of residence, child’s immunization records to-date, and Record of School-Age Dental Examination and Medical Examination, if completed.
