Shawn M. Smith, 25, of Trout Run, passed away on February 19, 2022.
He was born April 27, 1996 in Williamsport, son of Lucinda “Cindy” Smith and the late Charles Holt.
Shawn was a hard worker and would do anything he could do for anybody. He enjoyed reading about history, gaming and animals. He worked at Weis Markets on Washinton Blvd, and Tony’s Deli and was also a member of Cogan House Christian Church.
In addition to his mother and grandmother, Joyce Smith, he is survived by a half-brother, Hunter Holt of Nevada; half-sister, Heather Holt of Virginia; four uncles, William Smith of Pennsylvania, Ronald (Michelle) Smith of Virginia, Michael Joe Holt of North Carolina, Michael Rodney of North Carolina; and many cousins.
He is preceded in death by uncle, Charles Smith; grandfather, Michael Smith; grandmother, Evelyn Hefflin; grandfather, Charles Holt; and step grandfather, Joe Hefflin.
In keeping with Shawn’s wishes, there will be no viewing or services.
Arrangements are being handled by Spitler Funeral Home, Montoursville.
