“Fall Into The Arts, Lake Fest”

Celebrates 7th Year!

The Seventh Annual, Fall into the Arts Lake Fest will be held Saturday, October 9th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, October 10th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 939 Trimble Road, Trout Run (over-looking Rose Valley Lake). Admission is free and it will be held rain or shine.

There will be a diverse group of talented fine art and fine craft artists representing five counties. This year’s featured artists will be:

Gracie Wolf – sketches and glass

Jane and Bob Bower – barrel stave art

Danielle Bracey – hand painted lighted bottles, wine glasses, and windows

Stephanie Calhoun – photography prints and cards

Alix Hochard – polymer clay earrings

Linda Campbell – functional stoneware pottery, inspired by textures, dishes, pie plates, mugs, vases, platters

Tammy Daneker – handcrafted bags and hand dyed, apparel

Joe Cesa – watercolor landscapes prints and originals

Karen Mothersbaugh – wire tree sculptures

Ken Nuttle – hand turned wood functional items for the home

Christy Hoffman – horticultural art wreaths, succulents

Lynn Kibbe – scratchboard art

Mickey Mapstone – pastel prints

Sue Morris – herbal skin care aroma therapy and botanical perfumes

Deb Parsons – flame-worked glass jewelry and ornaments

Deb Mezick – watercolor paintings

Roger Shipley – etchings and watercolors

Theresa Crowley Spitler – pastel art

Mike Swanger – blown glass

Mark English – metal art sculpture

Linda Wise – soaps and body scrubs

Deb Trate – Oil and Pen and ink

Amanda Emig – barn wood framed animal illustrations and handmade stationary products.

Music entertainment this year on Saturday will be The Heart Strings and on Sunday we have various student artists from the Uptown Music Collective. Our food vendor is Smokey Pigs BBQ and Just Like Mom Made – pastries.
