Jeffrey Vincent Leta, 62, formally of Loyalsock Township and a resident of Wilkes-Barre Veterans Community Living Center, died on July 31, 2021 at his residence.
He was born on November 5, 1958, in Williamsport, son of Vincent J. and Roberta A. (Young) Leta.
Jeffrey graduated from Loyalsock Township High School in 1978. He was a Desert Storm Air Force Veteran and had a great love of music.
Surviving are, his mother, Roberta A. Leta; father, Vincent J. Leta and stepmother, Louise A. Finnucan; three sisters, Cynthia A. Leta Friedman, of CA, Stephanie E. Leta, of CA, and Samanta E. (Robert) Sheehan, of MD; and a brother, Santino M. Leta, of MD.
There will be a viewing on August 4, 2021, 10-11:00 a.m. at Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad St., Montoursville.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Michael S. McCormick officiating.
Entombment will be in Wildwood Cemetery with Military Honors accorded by the Lycoming County Korean War Veterans Honor Guard.
