Ellen M. Wein, 81, formerly of Fairfield Township, passed away on June 21, 2021 at Muncy Place.
She was born on June 9, 1940, in Williamsport, daughter of the late Albert E. and Vera (Fry) Harris.
Ellen worked as a registered nurse and was a member of the Fairfield United Methodist Church. She also enjoyed gardening.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Christian A.; brothers, A. Dale and Carl Harris; and sister, Janice Meyers.
She is survived by her son, Eric A. (Shreya) Wein, of State College; daughter, Dawn M. (Bryan) Trojan, of South Williamsport; brother, Gary (Susan) Harris, of Montoursville; and five grandchildren, Tejas, Kesara Wein, Elizabeth, Nicole Counts, and Tyler Trojan.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by Spitler Funeral Home, Montoursville.
