Barbara E. Mccarty, 83, of S. Williamsport, died on June 12, 2021, at The Gatehouse.
She was born on May 18, 1938, in Williamsport, daughter of Albert P. and Helen M. (Ertel) Buchen.
Barbara had worked at Northern Central Bank and enjoyed her cat, Callie.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, James Mccarty, Jr.
Surviving are her children, Carl D. (Krista) Hiller, P. Bryan Hiller, Lorie A. (Marc) Barth, and Craig A. (Denise) Hiller; brother, Ken (Loretta) Buchen; two sisters, Carol (John) Popelas and Linda (Mike) Balzer; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral and burial will be at the convenience of the family in Twin Hills Memorial Park.
Arrangements are being handled by Spitler Funeral Home, Montoursville.
