Stephanie W. Machinski, 74, of Loyalsock Township, died on February 1, 2021, at UPMC Susquehanna.
She was born on October 8, 1946, in Williamsport, daughter of William N. and Rose Mary (Lane) Welliver.
Stephanie retired from iHeart Media, was a social member of Eagles Post #970 and Harmonia, and was also a member of Billtown Blues Associates, she enjoyed photography and loved animals.
She was preceded in death by her mother and second husband, Robert C. Machinski.
Surviving in addition to her father, is her first husband, David C. Clark, of Williamsport; son, Jason (Jennifer Trofe-Clark) Clark, of Philadelphia; best friend/companion, Peter Davenport, of Williamsport; and step-daughter, Katy (Phil) Kaiser and her family.
There will be a walk-through viewing on February 5, 2021, 12:30-1:30 p.m. at Spitler Funeral Home, Inc., 733 Broad St., Montoursville, PA 17754.
Following Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines, masks and social distancing will be required.
A graveside service will follow in Montoursville Cemetery.
