STEP Seeks Community Input During Special Needs Assessment

As a Community Action Agency, STEP depends on data-driven decision making. In order to prepare for recovery from the COVID-19 crisis, however that will look, STEP is getting a snapshot of current community needs. This Community Needs Assessment will help the agency determine service and resource gaps within the communities it serves and show where new or additional programming should be focused.

“It is strange to think about future planning when everyday things are still changing so rapidly, but we need to be proactive,” said STEP Chief Operations and Planning Officer Rachelle Abbott.
Any resident of Lycoming or Clinton counties can fill out the survey specific to their county. Links to both surveys can be found at stepcorp.org, or at bit.ly/CNA-LYCO and bit.ly/CNA-Clinton.

“Please complete this survey and share it with as many local friends, family, and coworkers as you can. The more information we receive back, the better we can serve our communities. Thanks in advance for your input and support!” said STEP President & CEO Jim Plankenhorn.
