The 2019 MLB Little League Classic will take place on August 18 at BB&T Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field. This year’s event will feature the Pittsburgh Pirates hosting the Chicago Cubs. Preparations outside the ballpark are now underway for the event. As in past year’s this will mean some minor inconveniences, mainly involving parking, for fans attending Cutters games through August 23. The Williamsport Crosscutters appreciate fans patience and understanding during this period.
Williamsport Crosscutters & Mike Mussina Donate $4,000 to Local Charities

The Williamsport Crosscutters recently donated $4,000 to local charities with money raised from a special sold out charity autograph signing with Mike Mussina on a night in his honor at BB&T Ballpark on July 25. The game featured special Mussina Hall of Fame bobbleheads for the first 1,000 fans.

• $2,000 was donated to K’s For Cancer, a charity created in the memory of Justin Flannery Hilton. The charity raises money to provide direct and immediate support to cancer patients and their families in Lycoming County.
• $2,000 was donated to Special Olympics of Lycoming County. Special Olympics provides year-round sports training and competition in a variety of sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

Alize Johnson Bobblehead Giveaway Moved to August 28

Due to a rainout on July 6, the Alize Johnson Bobblehead Giveaway has been re-scheduled for Wednesday, August 28 when the Cutters host the Auburn Doubledays.

Tickets dated July 6 can be exchanged for tickets to ANY 2019 Cutters home game. Exchanges must be done IN-PERSON at the Cutters box office and may not be done online or over the phone. Admission to the August 28 game is only with tickets dated AUGUST 28.
