Do you remember what it was like to be awe-struck and the feeling that you once had for the larger-than-life machines and the seemingly impossible tasks that they performed? A fire truck racing down the street, a pick-up or construction truck delivering a load to a construction site, wondering what it would be like to sit up high in bucket of a tractor or excavator?

Ashkar Elementary PTA is pleased to be presenting our 1st Annual Touch-A-Truck event. This family-fun event is a hands-on experience designed to allow everyone to touch and explore trucks – but to also interact with the individuals that drive and operate them. This unique event will give families a chance to fulfill those childhood curiosities while learning and interacting with businesses in our community.

Date: Friday, May 10, 2019

Time: 4:00pm – 7:00pm

Location: Ashkar Elementary School – Hughesville

Admission will be $5 per child (adult will be free with child’s admission). 100% of funds raised will go directly to the Ashkar Elementary playground fund.

Touch A Truck will be held during Ashkar Elementary Schools Spring Fling event, which is open to the community and includes food vendors, games, bounce house and more.
