Grace M. Manley, 80

Grace M. Manley, 80, of Williamsport died Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at the Gatehouse.

Born April 4, 1938 she was a daughter of the late John H. and Mabel (Atkins) Crain.

Grace was a graduate of Loyalsock High School and her most important job was raising her family in a home filled with love. She was an active member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Grace loved watching horse races and NASCAR, she was an avid Jimmie Johnson fan. She enjoyed spending time outside in the warm weather and most of all she loved and cherished being a mother and grandmother.

Surviving are her children Edward Manley(Melissa) of Nisbet, H.D. Kurt Manley (Kathleen Irvin) of Williamsport; three step-children, Karen Manley, Jon Lee Manley, and George I. Manley II; her grandchildren, Katlyn Manley, Mary Irvin, David Irvin, Douglas Manley, Samantha Manley, George I. Manley III, Joni Terry, Tanya Terry, and Jennifer Terry; and two brothers, Martin Crain of Melbourne, FL., and Albert R. Crain of Muncy.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years George I. Manley, a son William J. Manley and three brothers Robert, John H., and H.D. Kurt Crain.

A funeral service to honor the life of Grace will be held 11 a.m. Monday, February 18 at Emmanuel Baptist Church 1730 Four Mile Drive, Williamsport with the Pastor David K. Bixler officiating. Burial will follow in Twin Hills Memorial Park. A viewing will be held Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
