Preparations Underway for MLB Little League Classic
The area around BB&T Ballpark is a bit more crowded these days as workers start setting up for this year’s MLB Little League Classic between the Philadelphia Phillies and the NY Mets taking place on August 19th at the historic ballpark. Due to these preparations by Major League Baseball , parking on the grounds of BB&T Ballpark is extremely limited for Cutters games through August 12. Pelletier Grabs Second UPMC Susquehanna Player of the Week Award
Cutters outfielder Ben Pelletier has been named the UPMC Susquehanna Player of the Week for the week of July 23 – July 29. For the week, Pelletier hit .444 with 2 home runs, and 4 RBI’s. The award was presented prior to the Williamsport Crosscutters game on August 2. For his efforts Pelletier also captured the New York-Penn League player of the Week Award.

Latest Cutters Jersey Auction Raises $3,023 for Charity
The Williamsport Crosscutters have announced a partnership with LiveSource to utilize fan engagement in a mobile auction platform for the 2018 season. The Cutters are utilizing the LiveSource mobile app to offer fans opportunities for their charitable jersey and cap auctions. The LiveSource app will provide a better experience for fans bidding at the ballpark, as the entire process can be done via a smartphone or tablet. Fans who are not in attendance will have the opportunity to bid through the app as well, eliminating the standard of in-person bidding. Payment, winning, bidding and delivery is all facilitated on mobile devices through the LiveSource app and website. The latest charitable jersey auction of patriotic jerseys on July 29 raised $3,023 for the local chapter of Blue Star Mothers of America. A previous auction of Law Enforcement jerseys raised $3,350 for the Lycoming Law Association. The Crosscutters final jersey auction of the season will take place this Thursday (August 9) when fans can bid on game-worn Cutters throwback jerseys. Fans can download the app today for iOS, Android and any smart device.

Rhashan Bobblehead Rescheduled for August 10
Due to a rain out on July 21, the Rhashan bobblehead Giveaway originally scheduled for that date will now take place on Friday, August 10. All tickets dated July 21 can be exchanged for a ticket of the same value to ANY 2018 Cutters home game-subject to availability. Fans with questions can call the Cutters at (570) 326-3389

New York-Penn League All-Star Game Coming to State College
The 2018 New York-Penn League All-Star Game, presented by the Central P-A Convention & Visitors Bureau, will be held in State College on Tuesday, August 14. Fans can order tickets by calling (814) 272-1711 or online at StateCollegeSpikes.com.
