The Annual Memorial Day ceremony will be held at Lycoming County Veterans Memorial Park, West Fourth Street and Wahoo Drive, on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. The event is co-sponsored by the Lycoming County Veterans Park Commission and the Lycoming County Veterans Council, Inc.

The keynote speaker will be Master Sergeant Chest Beaver, U.S. Army, Retired. MSG Beaver served more than 24 years in the Army with time in both the active and reserve components. In addition to numerous stateside assignments, he was deployed in operations in Germany, Korea, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq and Kosovo. He is currently Coordinator of Veterans and Military Services at Penn College.

Tents will be provided and the event will be held rain or shine.
