Christina E. MacGill, 63, of Loyalsock Twp., passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at her home. She was born January 23, 1955 in Williamsport a daughter of Carl O. and Evelyn Sauers Eck.

Christina was a 1973 graduate of Montoursville High School, then attended Lycoming College graduating in 1977 after which she received her Masters from Bucknell University, and was currently working on her Doctorate. She enjoyed her work, colleagues, and students at the Pennsylvania State University where she worked as an Administrator.

She was predeceased by her father and brother, Timothy Eck.

In addition to her mother of Montoursville she is survived by her husband of 41 years Creighton W. MacGill; sons, Matthew G. MacGill of Montoursville and Geoffrey C. (Greta) MacGill of Fulton, MD; brother, Carl O. (Linda) Eck of Williamsport; sister, Kimberly M. Parsons of Montoursville and her grandson, Michael.

The funeral and burial will be held at the convenience of the family in Wildwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 1948 East Third St., Williamsport, PA 17701. Arrangements are by Spitler Funeral Home, Montoursville.
